Betterfelt North America offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on all Betterfelt products.

Our warranty does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life or in other words, Betterelt products are not guaranteed for a specific amount of time.

Betterfelt reserves the right to inspect any product for determination of a no cost repair or replacement.

If you should experience any defects in materials or workmanship please email info@betterfelt.com and include “Warranty Claim” in the subject line for instructions on how to proceed.

Our One-Year Limited Warranty covers the following:

• Stitching
• Quality of the felt – inconsistencies resulting in premature wear patterns

The following, not exhaustive list contains examples that are NOT Covered under Betterfelt’s One-Year Limited Warranty:

• Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, or alterations
• Normal wear on soles or felt due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear
• Poor fit
