Exchange and Return

When shopping through Betterfelt North America's online shop, you can return or exchange your products within 30 day from the day you receive them. This means that you can unpack the items and see if they are as expected and the slipper fits.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase all original packaging must be intact.

Please send the items you wish to return or exchange together with a filled out Return Form and a copy of your invoice to:

Betterfelt North America recommends that the product is returned with a shipping option that provides a tracking code.

If you request a refund:

Betterfelt North America will refund you the purchase price and the shipping cost you paid when you purchased the products. The shipping cost will not be refunded if only part of the original order is returned.

The cost of returning the goods to Betterfelt North America is the customer's own expense.

Expect a processing time up to 7 business days for processing of refunds. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been completed. It may take up to 3-4 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

If you wish to exchange a product:

Betterfelt North America pays for shipping the new product to you.

You will receive an e-mail notification when the new product is shipped.
