Exchange and Return

The best online shopping experience is when you receive a product that is as expected and fits.

The good news is that most exchanges due to the size either being too big or too small can be avoided if you measure your feet and use our size guide. It is very quick and simple to use and will in most cases lead to you receiving the right size the first time. Should the need to return or exchange your products arise, nonetheless, you can do so within 30 day from the day you receive them. This means that you can unpack the items and see if they are as expected and the slipper fits.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase all original packaging must be intact.

Please send an e-mail to info@betterfelt.com and include your order number so we can identify your order. We will then send you a return form to fill in and include with your items.

Betterfelt North America recommends that the product is returned with a shipping option that provides a tracking code.

If you request a refund:

Betterfelt North America will refund you the purchase price and the shipping cost you paid when you purchased the products. The shipping cost will not be refunded if only part of the original order is returned.

The cost of returning the goods to Betterfelt North America is the customer's own expense.

Expect a processing time up to 7 business days for processing of refunds. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been completed. It may take up to 3-4 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Betterfelt North America pays for shipping the new product to you.

You will receive an e-mail notification when the new product is shipped.
